ALVARO BEDOYA
COO
(Florida, USA) — Serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Alvaro earned his degree at North Greenville College and his Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
Alvaro served as a Business Manager and Assistant Tennis Director at IMG Academy/Bollettieri Tennis from 1999 to 2009. He was the director of the Bollettieri program at the Santo Domingo Tennis Club in the Dominican Republic. Prior to that, he served as the Assistant Director at the Bollettieri program at Sportpark Bulh in Germany. He was also the Academy Director at Mauricio Hadad Tennis Academy in Bogota, Colombia.
Alvaro was the Colombian Captain for the South American team competition for girls under 12 (1 yr), the Captain of the COSAT European Junior Team (1 yr), and went on to be the Captain of the Colombian Girls Team at the World Junior Cup in Prostejov, Cheq Republic in 2014. Alvaro is a renowned international clinician on junior tennis development.

(“IMG”), global sports, media and entertainment company, also served as IMG’s associate counsel and a Vice President from 1992 to 2001.
Prior to IMG, Polly worked in private practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in their merger and acquisitions department. Holds bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and mathematics, a master’s degree in civil engineering, and a law degree (MIT, Stanford University).

Kerry-Jane White
Director of Education
Ms. White joined Club Med Academies in 2015 as the Assistant Director of Education. She was promoted to Director of Education in 2016. In this position, she revises and formulates policies, oversees the evaluation, selection, and integration of curricula for the school, and evaluates the effectiveness of the curriculum instructors. During her time at CMA, she acquired the NCAA license and transitioned CMA into becoming a fully-accredited school through AdvancEd Cognia. In 2019, Ms. White continued to develop the academic program and helped to acquire a Corporation Systems License to implement and develop accredited schools worldwide. Kerry-Jane has a deep passion for sports and the powerful impact they can have on a student’s personal development and growth. She is also an A.S.A, STA, and a U.S.A licensed swimming coach—and has trained multiple students to reach the Junior Olympics.

Nicole Pestano
Academic Expansion
Ms. Pestano is a truly passionate educator. With over 20 years in the education, sales, and edtech industry, she has done it all. From teaching to providing professional development to hundreds of districts, and speaking at large scale conferences, Nicole continues to inspire school districts to provide a quality education to all students. Throughout Nicole’s career, she held various titles including: Teacher, Assistant Principal, PD and logistics Director, Director of Implementation and Training, Regional Sales Manager, and National Director for School success. She has worked with many industry leaders in the edtech community and has a solid reputation for her passion and skillset to empower others.

Siena Del Mastro
Admissions
Ms. Del Mastro joined us in June 2022 as a representative for the Admissions department. She has over three and a half years of experience working in college Admissions. From September 2018 to September 2021, she served as an Admissions Counselor at the Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University working with students from the prospective admissions application process through enrollment. In September 2021, Siena was promoted to the Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment and Admissions at FAU, now working directly with the transfer population from prospective to enrollment. In addition, Siena currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor in the FAU Leadership minor and teaches courses such as Introduction to Leadership and FAU iSucceed, a college readiness course. She is also a third semester doctoral student in the Higher Education Leadership Ph.D. program at FAU and graduated with her master’s degree in the same field in May 2021. Siena is excited to be a part of the team and looks forward to working with the students at RPS.
