Improve Your Swimming Today with One of Our Adult Swimming Lessons

Want to improve your swimming form, breathing technique, and confidence in the pool?  From sprints to long distance, Club Med Academies’ experienced coaching staff is here to help you take your swim performance to the next level!  Chose from a single lesson all the way through our Adult Active Program which includes training 2-4 hours of training daily.  It is all up to you.

Join us in our 5 lane lap pool or out on the open water in the Saint Lucie River.  Pools and River open all day.

Teaching System

Our program emphasizes physiology, biomechanics, resistance and flexibility training, psychology, and nutritional guidance to ensure you reach your maximum potential.

We use a 360 degree approach to training our athletes.  Touching on all the key aspects of training so that you benefit from being trained like a pro, but at you level of comfort.

The Adult Active Schedule

Our Adult Active program is available for a full or half day.  The schedule runs as follows:

7:30 – 9:00am Breakfast is served at Market Place
9:30 – 9:40am Meet at the Lap Pool near the Golf Boutique
9:40 – 11:30am Morning Session
12:00 – 1:30pm Lunch
1:30 – 1:40pm Warm up and stretching
1:40 – 3:30pm Afternoon Session
4:00 – 5:00pm Open Gym
5:00 – 5:45pm Yoga (Optional)
6:00pm Dinner
