Adult Active Schedule – Sample

A Typical Day of Training….
Our Adult Active program is available for a full or half day. The schedule runs as follows:
7:30 – 9:00am | Breakfast is served at Market Place |
9:30 – 9:40am | Meet at designated sport location |
9:40 – 11:30am | Morning Session |
12:00 – 1:30pm | Lunch |
1:30 – 1:40pm | Warm up and stretching |
1:40 – 3:30pm | Afternoon Session |
4:00 – 5:00pm | Daily Tournament/Open Gym/Open Play |
5:00 – 5:45pm | Yoga (Optional) |
6:00pm | Dinner |
