Manage Your Nutrition and Perform Better

Fueling your body with the right nutrients at the right time makes all the difference in the world when it comes to performing your best.  As part of your regular full-time and camp tuition, nutritional guidance is available each semester.  And at Club Med your food and meal experience will be unlike any other you have ever had in a training environment.  With a fully stocked, made to order, buffet athletes can choose from a wide variety of nutritional cuisine throughout the day.  And as students learn more about proper food choices for different training and competitive periods, they become better at making tough food decisions.   When this happens energy levels stabilize, mental focus become easier and lasts longer, and the body recovers much more efficiently.

The Club Med Academies performance programs are designed to turn you into a high-performing athlete through elite training that will better your skill set and increase your performance output.  As you immerse yourself in the development process, you will quickly discover the strengths and weaknesses of your sport performance and we will help you improve these areas efficiently and effectively.  Our experienced and passionate team is dedicated to giving you the edge you need to be more in control of you during competition!

Supplement Your Fitness Program with a Little Extra

Sometimes a little extra goes a long way.  So if you want a little more personal attention you can add some individual sessions to your regular training program.  It is always recommended that you set up a consultation with one of our training specialists, your coach and your parents to make sure that your entire support team is working together to help get you what you need.  Please be advised that there are extra costs associated with thees personal training options.

Gaining The Extra Edge

Want to make your training program even more specific to your goals and get ahead of your competitors? We can do that for you! Along with our regular training schedule, you have the opportunity to supplement it with extra 1 hour or 30 minute sessions with one of our Sports Performance Specialists. The focus of these private lessons are solely determined by your specific needs and goals and will offer you the opportunity to make progress faster and take your performance to an even higher level. Private lessons can range from extra gym and movement sessions to assisted stretching, joint mobility, deep tissue massage, and nutritional guidance.
